and this week I learned green therapy.
Let me explain:
if you’re fried because of too much phone and laptop, there is a very old solution, which I promise will work.
to make you feel happy again.
What I learned and why it can help you:

GARDENING!
The skill of taking care of plants. And no, you don’t need to be an expert.
I started by helping my family take care of our 6 orange trees in Italy.
Prune the branches, clean and prepare the ground, give the fertilizer.
Wait for oranges 🙂
There is something primitive and peaceful when you take care of your plants.
That no therapist will explain to you.
And there is great joy in having your own vegetables and fruits.
You can even have flowers.
This week I don’t have a guide or tutorial for you, because it’s simple manual work.
Sometimes life is not complicated.
Have you tried gardening?
You can start small, on your balcony, take care of a tomato plant or pumpkin or a flower.
Short update:
This week we are learning: DANCING!
The skill of moving and having fun.
Another skill that made our ancestors happy for thousands of years.
And that we slowly forgot.
