after 2 hours yesterday I was losing my mind…

huge empty room. no phone. no laptop. no book. nothing.

just me and 120 minutes of complete silence.

my brain hated it. kept inventing reasons to stop.

"check if someone messaged you."

"you're wasting time."

"this is stupid."

I stayed.

Can you stay with no phone, no dopamine for 10 min? how about 60 min? wanna try?

Progress:

day 1: 12 min shirtless meditation at -15°C

day 2: 2 hours silence, no phone, nothing

day 3: 100 push-ups at -4°C on an abandoned Bulgarian rooftop

tomorrow I go higher. actual mountain peak. weather looks dangerous.

but here's what's strange:

It is MORE dangerous

but I feel LESS anxiety

that's discipline. week 1 of 52.

your mind learns to trust you when you keep your word, when you do hard things, when you stop with lazy empty comfort.

Strategy if you want to try the boredom challenge: write every thought on paper. you'll be shocked what your brain says after 45 minutes.

And take a picture and give it to AI to analyze it and find hidden patterns.

new video coming tomorrow.
