no way… seemed IMPOSSIBLE on Monday!
But today I did it. And you can too!
“What happened, Alex?”
2 sides to this story:
Physical: on Monday, I tried to lift 20 kilos with my skinny arms and failed. miserably.
(Quest of the week: double arm strength)
On Tuesday the same.
On Wednesday the same.
Maybe you saw the daily videos on my Insta.
Yes, I was cringe.
But today, Thursday, I did it. Barely.
I trained for 4 days.
I asked AI how to eat, how to sleep, how to train. FULL GUIDE HERE.
Then, today at the gym, got with me the epic Micho, a human, a talented human, to help me with this.
and a physical miracle happened! (video proof at the bottom)
I'm still smiling about this, but here's what's more important.
The other side of the story:
Mind: again, I'm seeing clearly how much we are missing out because we limit our potential. Also physical. My mind made my body weaker.
I didn't think I could stay on the mountain for half an hour at -10°C without a shirt on Week 1.
I thought on Monday it seemed physically impossible to lift those 20 kilos and almost double my strength, but again and again, just by doing these things, little miracles happen.
When is the last time that this kind of little miracle happened for you?
